Battlefield tour 'Grebbelinie from Ede to Achterveld' in cooperation with Documentation Group '40-'45 and the Grebbelinie Foundation.  
Starting point is the Railway station Ede-Wageningen, north exit and set off time is 09.00 hours. The tour finishes at 17.00 hours.

Admission for members of the SFAM, the Arnhem 1944 Fellowship and Documentation Group is 42,50 euro per person.

Non members 45,00 euro  Maximum number of participants is 45.

Wednesday 30 May to Sunday 3 June

Battlefield tour 'Normandy and the aftermath'.

For several years SFAM has organised Battlefield tours to Normandy: A new programme has been devised  for 2012. For details of this new programme, one is advised to contact w.boersma@wxs.nl , tel **31 318 639633.

Admission is 535.00 euro per person and includes a double room, breakfast and evening dinner. For a single room an additional

100.00 euro is required. Minimum number of participants is 25.

Saturday 9 June

Annual book sale to be held at the Airborne Museum. Over 30 booksellers offer books and documents relating to the Second

World War. There will be live music and re-enactment teams present. Starts at 10.00 and ends at 16.00 hours. Free admission

Saturday 30 June

Battlefield tour 'The battle north of Hartenstein'. This tour will be carried out on foot. Tour guides will explain the actions on the northern side of the Perimeter, stretching from the Utrechtseweg to the Graaf van Rechterenweg.

      The tour starts at 13.30 hours from the Airborne Museum and finishes at 16.00 hours at the Schoonoord restaurant,
where a drink can be enjoyed.

Admission for members of both the SFAM and the Arnhem 1944 Fellowship is 15.00 euro per person.

Non-membership participants pay 17,50 euro. A battlefield guidebook is included in the fee.

Maximum number of participants is 50.

Friday 7 to Sunday 9 September

Battlefield tour 'The Battle of the  Hürtgen Forest'. After the Allies captured Aachen the Battle of the Hürtgen Forest commenced on 12 September 1944 and ended in February 1945 with the capture of the dams in the Ruhr Valley. The Americans lost over 47,000 men during this battle. In the battle area remnants of the Siegfried Line are still visible.

A visit to the National-Socialist Ordenburg 'Vogelsang' is included. Admission is 325.00 euro per person and includes a double room. For a single room an additional 40.00 euro is required.
Minimum number of participants is 25.

Saturday 15 September

Battlefield tour 'Tracing the Battle Arnhem'. Prior to the annual commemorations, this tour will take one to all the familiar battle locations, where the specific 1944 occurrences will be explained or clarified. Starting point is the Airborne Museum and set off time is 09.30 hours. The tour finishes at 17.00 hours.

Admission for members of both the SFAM and the Arnhem 1944 Fellowship is 40.00 euro per person.
Non-membership participants pay 42.50 euro.

Saturday 17 November

An afternoon lecture. The subject of the lecture will be made known at a later moment. It will be held in the Concertzaal at 14.00 hours. The Concertzaal, Benedendorpsweg at Oosterbeek will be open from 13.40 hours onwards.
Admission for members of both the SFAM and the Arnhem 1944 Fellowship is free. Non-membership attendants pay 5.00 euro.
